The Whitecap Dimple Drainage Matting rolls are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) that offers strong resistance to hydrostatic pressure and excellent drainage. The dimples are aligned along a vertical and horizontal axis to channel water from the grade to the footer drainage system rapidly. The stud-shaped dimples provide an air chamber between the roll and its mating surface.
Whitecap Drainage Matting is considered a GREEN product due to the recycled content used to produce the sheets. It meets or exceeds ICC-AC114: Acceptance Criteria for Rigid, Polyethylene, Below-grade, Damp-proofing, and Wall Waterproofing Material.
The Moisture Barrier feature of these products is designed with innovative technology, ensuring a positive airflow beneath finished floors for year-round protection against moisture. Concrete continually releases moisture, and if trapped, it can cause damage to floors.
