Whitecap teak products are made from kiln-dried, fully aged teak wood, ensuring the highest level of strength and durability. Each handcrafted product uses traditional assembly techniques, such as dovetail and mortise & tenon joints, to ensure structural integrity. All screw fittings are countersunk and plugged, and only high-quality waterproof adhesive is used.
The products are sanded and finished by hand to a rich, elegant luster, and no other species or origins of wood are used in their production. All Whitecap teak products are made of solid teak, measuring 73in L x 2-3/8in H x 1in D, with a 10-1/16in center-to-center fastener configuration. It is important to note that the products do not come with pre-drilled holes, and fasteners are not included.
